企业排污权交易认知状况调查研究

摘　　要：通过系统设计的调查问卷,对企业的排污权交易认知状况进行了全面调查。利用相关分析,对企业在排污权交易方面的认识、态度、行为之间的相互关系进行了研究。利用因子分析和聚类分析,对企业的排污权交易认知模式进行了探讨。结果表明:企业在排污权交易上存在着态度和行为的不一致现象,而排污权交易的有效实施也并不需要企业有积极的环保意愿。研究结论为排污权有偿使用和交易政策的推广提供了重要启示。Based on systematically designed questionnaire,the enterprises＇ perceptions of emissions trading were thoroughly surveyed. By conducting correlation analysis,the relationships among enterprises＇ awareness,attitude,and behavior in regard to emissions trading were explored. And the enterprises＇ perception modes of emissions trading were discussed by conducting factor analysis and cluster analysis. The results showed that there was an attitude-behavior gap in emissions trading,and it was also not necessary for enterprises to have positive environmental attitude in order to implement emissions trading. The conclusions provided important inspirations for the promotion of emissions pricing and trading policy.
