摘  要:迷宫密封是一种通过曲折通道增大流动阻力来实现封严的非接触密封,通常用于密封气体,广泛应用于航空、能源、流体等领域的动力机械中。基于workbench ansys分别对迷宫密封内部流场进行建模、网格划分,然后利用Fluent软件分别改变间隙宽度、空腔深度等内部结构尺寸进行数值计算,以得出结构尺寸对迷宫密封特性和密封效果的影响。结果表明:泄漏量随着间隙宽度的增加而增加;泄漏量随着空腔深度的增加而增加。Labyrinth seal is a kind of non-contract seal, which realize seal by increasing flow resistance in winding channel. It is widely used in the machinery of aviation, energy and fluid fields. Firstly, a model is built for the internal flow field of labyrinth seal, and the mesh is generated based on the workbench ansys. Then, the model is calculated by the software of Fluent. Finally, the influence of structure size ( such as the gap width, cavity depth) on the sealing properties and sealing effect are obtained. The simulation results show that the leakage increases with the increase of the gap width and the cavity depth.
