超大直径盾构施工对既有钢结构建筑的影响

摘  要:以扬州瘦西湖超大直径盾构隧道近距离下穿某钢结构框架建筑为背景,结合现场实测地表沉降和建筑物沉降数据,研究超大直径盾构施工对上部钢结构建筑的影响.现有规范给出的盾构施工影响下地表沉降安全控制指标远小于钢结构建筑沉降控制指标.实测结果表明,盾构施工影响下场地的地表沉降与钢结构框架建筑沉降都在控制指标内,盾构施工对钢结构框架建筑及周围环境的影响较小.An extra large diameter shield tunnel passing closely through an auditorium of steel structure in Yangzhou Slender West Lake is taken as a case study. This paper attempts to study the influence of constructing extra large diameter shield tunnel on the upper steel structure based on the data of field measured surface and building settlement. According to the existing standards, safety evaluation index of surface subsidence is far smaller than that of steel structure building settlement. The results indicate that both measured ground surface subsidence and settlement of the steel structure are smaller than safety index, and the shield construction has a minimal effect on the steel structure and the surrounding environment.
