摘 要:以某发动机正时系统噪声为研究对象,对其进行相干检波和汉宁窗函数处理后,采用频谱细化分析方法,并结合经由特征频率函数标记的阶次跟踪方法,准确诊断了发动机带传动正时系统的噪声源,验证了直接、间接不同降噪方法的影响.研究结果表明:该噪声由曲轴齿轮啮合激起的皮带跨度的谐振产生;间接降噪时采用罩盖对1.4kHz以上的高频噪声有抑制作用,对1.4kHz以下的噪声有放大作用;直接降噪时将皮带初始张力值下调至200N,可以有效降噪.The engine timing system noise as a research object had been processed by the coherent detection and Hanning window function first.Then by the zoom fast Fourier transformation method combined with the order tracking method marked by the characteristic frequency function,the noise source of engine belt driven timing system was diagnosed accurately and different effects between direct and indirect noise reduction ways were tested and verified completely.The results indicate that the noise is aroused by the crankshaft gear′s meshing and belt span′s resonance.In an indirect way,high-frequency noise above 1.4kHz was suppressed by a cover,but noise below 1.4kHz became worse.In a direct way,decreasing the belt initial tension value to 200 Ncan be effective in reducing noise.
