摘  要:实验选用流变性优异、混料工艺简单的EVA体系黏结剂,重点研究了氧化锆陶瓷注射成型过程中注射温度和注射压力的变化对坯体外观形态和微观结构的影响,以及注射温度和升温速率对脱脂过程的影响.研究发现注射温度的变化对EVA体系氧化锆陶瓷坯体的外观形态以及微观结构的影响较注射压力更为明显,确定了EVA体系黏结剂最佳注射压力为70~80,MPa,试样的最佳注射温度为160,℃;通过对比和分段推进实验找到脱脂过程中缺陷产生的原因并制定了合理的脱脂方案,最终得到了外观平整光洁无变形,内部密实均匀无缺陷的脱脂坯体.The EVA system binder with excellent rheological property and simple mixing process was selected in this experiment to focus on the effect of the changes in injection pressure and injection temperature in the zirconia ceramic injection molding process on the morphology and microstructure of the body,and the effect of the injection temperature and heating rate in the debinding process. The research finds that the effect of the changes in injection temperature on the morphology and microstructure of the body is more obvious in comparison with the injection pressure. The optimum injection pressure of EVA system binder is determined to be 70-80 Mpa;the optimum injection temperature of the sample is determined to be 160 ℃. The cause of the defects during the definding process is found out by conducting a contrast experiment and a multi-stage experiment,and then a reasonable debinding scheme is established. Finally,the debinded body which has a smooth and clean appearance without distortion,and which is dense and uniform without inside defect is obtained.
