摘 要:为探讨视频示范教学对自闭症儿童过街技能个案干预的有效性,采用单组前后测准实验设计,对2名自闭症儿童进行为期4周的过街视频教学干预,确保自闭症儿童学会"红灯停,绿灯行"交通规则后,使用红绿灯交通路口模拟装置对干预效果进行生态化检验.结果表明,在绿灯正确反应的反应时方面,儿童L干预后测与前测的反应时差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),儿童Z干预后测与延迟后测的反应时差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).在绿灯正确反应的次数方面,2名儿童干预前测与后测的次数差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001);儿童L干预前测与延迟后测的次数差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),儿童Z干预前测与延迟后测的次数差异边缘显著(P=0.067).实验表明,视频示范教学能够有效促进自闭症儿童过街技能的习得,但是由于自闭症儿童普遍存在的心理和行为问题,其反应正确率依然不高.To investigate effectiveness of video demonstration teaching intervention for walking across the street skills of autistic children. Quasi- experimental design was used for single group pretest and posttest, in which video demonstration teaching of walking across the street was presented to two autistic children in 4 weeks. After ensuring that children had understood the rules of "red for stop and green for go" completely, traffic lights simulation device used to test the intervention effect ecologically. Result showed that the difference between pretest and posttest of child L is statistically significant(P〈0.05) on correct reaction time of green light; and the posttest and delayed post test of child Z have statistically significant difference(P〈0.05); there are statistically significant difference between pretest and posttest of all children(P〈0.001) about the number of correct responses to green light; the difference between pretest and delayed post test of L is statistically significant(P〈0.05), the difference between pretest and delayed post test of Z is marginal significant(P=0.067). Practices show that video demonstration teaching could effectively promote the skills of autistic children walking across the street, but due to autistic children's psychological and behavioral problems, the rate of correct response to traffic lights is still not enough.
