摘  要:传统化学镀铜生产线采用变频器控制电机的力矩模式收线,效率低不能满足要求。采用汇川H2U-4040MR型PLC、MD380型变频器、兰宝传感器、行程开关、显示屏、电磁阀与气缸等对生产线控制系统进行改进。结果表明,设备在运行过程中不管加速还是减速,收线机都能快速响应自动调整,张力始终保持恒定;加速或减速过程非常平稳,控制系统稳定;收线是通过传感器感应位移大小自动调节速度的快慢,因而张力小;工字轮不会变形。改进后的化学镀铜生产线控制系统还增加了放线端无丝与断丝检测功能和收放线两端夹丝功能,提高了生产线自动化程度。Traditional chemical copper plating production line adopt torque mode of the motor controlled by chemical copper plating to take-up,low efficiency can not meet the requirements. Huichuan H2U-4040 MR type PLC,MD380 type frequency converter,lanbao sensor,travel switch,display screen,magnetic valve and cylinder are adopted to improve the production line control system. Results show,during the operation process,regardless of acceleration or deceleration,takeup machine can quickly respond and automatically adjust,tensile force can keep constant; the acceleration or deceleration process is very smooth and steady,control system is stable; take-up can automatically adjust the speed through sensor induce the displacement,because the tensile force is small,so the spool will not change. chemical copper plating production line control system increase the without wire and broken wire inspection founction in pay off end and crimp founction in both ends after improvement. and improve the automation degree for production line.
