摘　　要：依托国家级电工电子实验教学示范中心,充分发挥中心专业覆盖面广,实践教学形式多样、内容丰富的特点,按照"一条主线、三个统一"的实践育人工作思路,通过落实"四项措施",搭建了多元化的实践育人平台,建设了优秀的实验教学团队,重构了系统的实践教学体系,构建了完善的实践教学模式。实现了实践教学中的"三大转变",达到了"二个缩小"的目标,对强化大学生实践能力、创新能力和工程能力的培养起到了良好的促进作用。Relying on the national electrical and electronic experimental teaching demonstration center, give full play to the wide coverage of center professional, variety of practical teaching methods and abundance of teaching content, according to the ＂One line and three unities＂ practical education idea, through the implementation of ＂Four measures＂ to build a wide range of practical education platform and a excellent experimental teaching team, reconstructed a practice teaching system and a sound teaching pattern. Realized the ＂Three changes＂ and ＂Two narrow＂ objective of the practical teaching process, played a good role in promoting the strengthen of the practical ability, foster innovation and engineering capabilities of students.
