摘 要:试验探讨发酵对苹果渣发酵饲料中性洗涤纤维含量的影响。以白地霉、产朊假丝酵母、酵母及黑曲霉为供试菌种,以苹果渣为主料进行固态发酵;采用国标提出的中性洗涤纤维分析方法测定中性洗涤纤维含量。结果表明:①苹果渣发酵饲料中含有大量中性洗涤纤维(NDF),不加玉米浆时,不灭菌发酵产物的NDF为436.16~538.83 g/kg,可用作饲料生产的NDF原料。②加入发酵剂进行固态发酵可降低NDF含量。发酵产物NDF含量较苹果渣原料略有降低,但不同发酵剂处理产物的NDF含量差异不大,仅单接黑曲霉处理发酵产物NDF含量降幅较大。③加入玉米浆、灭菌对发酵产物NDF含量有一定降低作用。④用国标中性洗涤纤维测定方法所得发酵饲料NDF含量测值偏高,其NDF中残留蛋白质含量高达30.70~53.32 g/kg。苹果渣发酵饲料中的NDF含量较高,可用作饲料生产NDF原料;国标中性洗涤纤维测定方法不适合苹果渣发酵饲料中NDF含量测定,应对该方法进行改进,增加酶解除去发酵产物中蛋白质的措施。To explore the effect of fermentation on the neutral detergent fiber contents of fermentedfeed with apple pomace. Use geotrichum candidum, candida utilis, yeast, aspergillus niger as the test-ed strains, apple pomace as the main material for solid-state fermentation; The neutral detergent fibercontents were measured by the national standard method. The results showed that, 1 Fermented feed-stuff of pomace contain large amounts of the neutral detergent fiber(NDF). The NDF contents of fer-mentation products without corn syrup and non-sterilization were 436.16~538.8 g/kg, which can beused as feedstuff of NDF materials. 2 The strains can decrease the contents of NDF in the solid-state fermentation. The NDF contents of fermentation product less slightly decreased than the raw ma-terials, but had no difference in different strains treatments and were larger decline with aspergillus ni-ger alone. 3 The corn syrup and sterilization had certain decreasing effect on the NDF contents offermentation products. 4 The NDF contents were relative high by the national standard method, in-cluding the protein contents were as high as 30.70~53.32 g/kg. The NDF contents of apple pomacefermented feed is relatively high, so that can be used as material of NDF for feedstuff; The nationalstandard method were not suitable in fermented apple pomace for the NDF contents, which shouldbeen improved to optimize methods that add to the enzyme to dissolve the protein of the fermentedproduction.
