摘  要:试验旨在研究育肥后期饲粮中添加生物发酵饲料对延边黄牛生长性能、血液指标的影响。选择12头平均体重(545.55±27.0)kg的体健无病延边黄牛阉牛,随机分成试验组和对照组,每组6头,试验组饲喂生物发酵饲料,每头牛2 kg/d,对照组不饲喂生物发酵饲料,试验组和对照组的基础日粮营养水平基本相同。预饲期10 d,正式期90 d。研究结果表明:与对照组相比,试验组全期增重提高了17.56%、日增重提高了17.02%、平均日采食量提高了13.24%(P<0.05);饲料转换率降低了5.87%(P>0.05)。血清葡萄糖含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),其他各组之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。在育肥后期饲粮中添加生物发酵饲料可提高延边黄牛的生长性能、提高血清中葡萄糖含量。This experiment was aimed to study the effect of adding biological fermentation feed fatten-ing diet on growth performance, blood indices of Yanbian yellow cattle. 12 head of the average weight(545.55+27) kg of the healthy Yanbian yellow steers, were randomly divided into experimental groupand control group, each group of 6 heads, the test group feeding with biological fermentation every cow2 kg/d, control group fedding without biological fermentation, and their based dietary nutrient levelsare almost the same. The experimental process included feeding 10 d and formal period 90 d. The re-sults showed that: compared with the control group, the experimental group during the whole weight in-creased by 17.56%, daily weight gain increased by 17.02%, the average daily feed intake increased by13.24%(P〈0.05); feed conversion rate decreased by 5.87%(P〈0.05). Serum glucose levels was signifi-cantly higher than that of the control group(P〈0.05), no significant difference between the othergroups(P〈0.05). In summary, adding biological fermentation feed in fattening later in diet could im-prove the growth performance of Yanbian yellow cattle, increase serum glucose levels.
