酵母提取物替代喷雾干燥血浆蛋白粉对断奶仔猪生长性能的影响

摘　　要：试验旨在研究酵母提取物（yeast extract,YE）部分或全部替代喷雾干燥血浆蛋白粉（spray-dried plasma protein,SDPP）对断奶仔猪生长性能和腹泻指数的影响。试验选用160头体重[（8.32±0.50）kg]和日龄[（30±2）d]相近的PIC断奶仔猪。采用单因子完全随机试验设计,分为4个处理,每个处理5个重复,每个重复8头仔猪,分别饲喂基础日粮（处理1）、含3%SDPP的日粮（处理2）、含1.5%SDPP＋1.5%YE的日粮（处理3）,含3%YE的日粮（处理4）。试验期14 d,所有仔猪自由采食和饮水。结果表明：试验第1周,饲喂含1.5%SDPP＋1.5%YE日粮的仔猪平均日采食量（average dai-ly feed intake,ADFI）显著高于对照组仔猪（15%,P〈0.05）,平均日增重（average daily gain,ADG）显著高于对照组和3%SDPP组仔猪（12%~22%,P〈0.05）;料肉比（the ratio of feed to body weight gain,F/G）显著低于对照组和3%SDPP组仔猪（6%~8%,P〈0.05）。试验全期,饲喂含1.5%SDPP＋1.5%YE日粮的仔猪ADFI和ADG显著高于对照组和3%YE组仔猪（P〈0.05）,且料肉比显著低于对照组和3%SDPP组仔猪（5%~6%,P〈0.05）;同时,3%YE组仔猪ADFI和ADG与对照组及3%SDPP组仔猪差异不显著。因此,本试验条件下,采用3%酵母提取物替代3%喷雾干燥血浆蛋白粉并不会影响仔猪生长性能,且部分替代喷雾干燥血浆蛋白粉有改善仔猪采食量、日增重和料肉比的效果。To investigate the effect of yeast extract（YE）, as partial or total substitution of spray driedplasma protein（SDPP）, on growth performance and diarrhea index of weaned piglets, total of 160 weaned pigs [PIC breeding,（8.32±0.50） kg of BW and（30±2） d of age] were randomly assigned into 4groups, 5 pens each group and 8 pigs each pen. The dietary treatments including： a basal diet（Group1）, a basal diet containing 3% SDPP（Group 2）, a basal diet containing 1.5% SDPP plus 1.5% YE（Group 3）, a basal diet containing 3%YE（Group 4）. The trial lasted 14 days. All pigs had free accessto diet and water. During the first week, piglets fed diet containing 1.5% SDPP plus 1.5% YE hadhigher average daily feed intake（ADFI） than that of piglets fed basal diet（15%,P0.05）,and higher av-erage daily gain（ADG） than that of piglets fed basal diet or 3% SDPP diet（12%~22%,P0.05）, anddecreased the ratio of feed to body weight gain（F/G）（6%~8%,P0.05） than that of piglets fedbasal diet and 3%SDPP diet. In the whole stage,compared with piglets fed basal diet or 3%SDPP diet, the ADFI and ADG of piglets fed1.5% SDPP plus 1.5%YE diet were was markedly increased（P0.05）, meanwhile, F/G was markedly decreased（5%~6%,P0.05）compared with pig-lets fed basal diet or 3% SDPP diet. Furthermore, piglets fed 3%YE had comparable ADFI and ADGwith piglets fed basal or 3%SDPP diet. In this study, therefore, the use of 3% YE instead of 3% SDPPdid not significantly affect growth performance of weaned piglets, also partial substitution of YE toSDPP would enhance feed intake, daily gain and F/G of weaned piglets.
