莉芙敏治疗妇科肿瘤术后的绝经症状的效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨莉芙敏治疗妇科肿瘤术后的绝经症状的效果和安全性。方法 120例妇科肿瘤手术且出现绝经症状的患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。观察组患者给予莉芙敏进行治疗,对照组患者不予药物治疗。比较两组患者治疗前、治疗后4、8、12周的Kupperman绝经指数(KMI)评分情况以及治疗前后促卵泡激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)、体质量指数(BMI)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、尿素氮(BUN)五项指标的变化。结果治疗4、8、12周后,观察组患者的KMI总分明显低于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前和治疗后12周,两组患者的FSH、E2、BMI、ALT、BUN水平组间相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且莉芙敏在用药过程中未出现药物引起的不良反应。结论莉芙敏对治疗妇科肿瘤术后的绝经症状具有良好的临床疗效,且无明显不良反应,安全性及用药依从性好,值得推广使用。Objective To investigate effect and safety of Remifemin in the treatment of menopausal symptoms after gynecological tumor operation. Methods A total of 120 patients in gynecological tumor operation with menopausal symptoms as study subjects were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. The observation group received Remifemin for treatment, and the control group received no drug therapy. Kupperman menopausal index（KMI）, changes of follicle-stimulating hormone（FSH）, estradiol（E2）, body mass index（BMI）, alanine transaminase（ALT）, and blood urea nitrogen（BUN） were compared between the two groups before and in 4, 8, 12 weeks after treatment. Results In 4, 8, 12 weeks after treatment, the observation group had much lower total KMI score than the control group, and their difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. There was no statistically significant difference of FSH, E2, BMI, ALT and BUN between the two groups before and in 12 weeks after treatment（P〈0.05）. There were no adverse drug reactions by Remifemin during treatment. Conclusion Remifemin provides good clinical effect in treating menopausal symptoms after gynecological tumor operation, without any obvious adverse reactions. It contains good safety and drug compliance, and it is worthy of promotion and application.
