摘  要:传统冷冲压制造变壁厚深锥药型罩设计工艺时间长、工序复杂、材料利用率低。针对一种传统制造变壁厚深锥药型罩的制造工艺进行改进,将锥形连续拉深改为筒形连续拉深。与锥形拉深相比,筒形拉深具有悬空材料少、受力面积大和应力小的特点。应用Dynaform软件对连续冲压过程进行数值模拟及分析,通过成形极限图能够直观地反映各部分变形情况,提高冷冲压工艺的设计效率。优化冲压工序后得出经过5次筒形连续拉深可以达到产品的尺寸要求。最后在冷冲压设备中利用改进的工艺成功的制造出了表面质量良好的变壁厚深锥药型罩。The traditional cold stamping of deep-cone shaped charge liner with changeable wall thickness is of long designing time, complicated process and low stock utilization. The above manufacturing process was improved by changing the continuous drawing of the cone shape into that of the cylinder shape. Comparing with the cone shape drawing, the drawing cylinder shape had the characteristics of less suspended material, larger forced area and smaller stress. Further, the continuous stamping process was simulated and analyzed by Dy- naform, and the deformation of each part was shown by forming limit diagram. Therefore, the designing efficiency of cold stamping process was improved. As a result, five continuous drawings of the cylinder shape can meet the size requirement after optimizing the stamping process. At last, the deep-cone shaped charge liner with changeable wall thickness of good surface quality was successfully manufactured in the cold stamping equipment by the improved process.
