摘 要:试验旨在研究日粮中添加单宁酸对家兔肠道形态和内源酶活性的影响。选择70日龄左右体重相近的健康獭兔250只,随机分为5组,按照单因素设计进行饲养试验。Ⅰ组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ和Ⅴ组为试验组,在饲喂基础日粮的基础上分别添加0.05%、0.10%、0.15%和0.20%的单宁酸,预饲期5 d,正饲期30 d。研究发现:试验组家兔十二指肠、空肠、回肠和盲肠的绒毛高度和肠腺深度均高于对照组;各段肠道的胰蛋白酶活力与对照组相比均有不同程度的提高,十二指肠的淀粉酶活力和脂肪酶活力、回肠的乳糖酶活力也均高于对照组。结果表明:在家兔日粮中添加单宁酸能通过增加肠道吸收营养物质的面积,提高十二指肠、空肠、回肠和盲肠部分消化酶的活力,促进营养物质的消化吸收。The research was performed to observe the effect of tannic acid on intestinal morphologyand endogenous enzyme activity in rabbits. A total of 250 healthy rex rabbits(70 d of age) were select-ed and randomly divided into 5 groups for 1-month trial. It was designed as one factor experiment,GroupⅠ was used as a control group and the rabbits were fed with basal diet. Group Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ andⅤ were used as experimental groups and the rabbits were fed with basal diet plus 0.05%, 0.10%,0.15% and 0.20% TC. The results showed that contrasted with the control group, the experimentalgroups rabbits' villus height and depth of intestinal gland of duodenum, jejunum, ileum and caecumwere higher, trypsin activity increased by different degrees, the activity of amylase and lipase in duode-num and the activity of lactase in ileum was also higher than the control group. It was concluded thatadding appropriate tannic acid in rabbit diet could promote digestion and absorption of nutrients by in-creasing the intestinal absorption of nutrients area and improving the endogenous enzyme activity induodenum, jejunum, ileum and caecum.
