摘 要:目前,外源酶制剂的评定方法主要包括酶活评定、稳定性评定、酶应用的生产性能评定、体内养分消化率评定(全收粪法和回肠末端收粪法)以及体外模拟法测定的评定。其中酶活和酶制剂的稳定性主要应用于产酶菌种筛选以及酶制剂化学性质的基础评估,酶应用生产性能的测定主要应用于大生产评估,由于其具有较强的实践性和直观性,成为广大养殖户和饲料厂验证酶制剂效果的主要手段和措施。而体内养分消化率和体外模拟法的评定由于其操作复杂、工作量大,因此仍然限制于实验室的应用研究中,但相对前三种评定方法,该两种方法具有良好的可重复性和相关性。因此文章重点从基本概念、方法分类、二者相关关系以及家禽消化道对酶制剂评定的影响方面综述了该两种方法利弊,以期为外源酶制剂评定的方法学研究提供理论基础。Currently, enzyme activity, stability, the performance of feed animal, and nutrients digestibility in vivo or in vitro are mainly used to evaluate the effect of exogenous enzymes. Generally, enzyme activity and stability which aremainly used for strain screening and chemicalproperties evaluation. The performance of feed animal is a primary means to verify the effect of enzyme which is mostly used by farmers andfeed mill. The nutrients digestibility both in vivo and in vitro were still limited in laboratories researchdue to its complexity operations. But both of them have good repeatability and high relevance betweenthem compared to the previous three assessment methods. Therefore, this paper focuses on introducingthe concepts, classification of the methods to measure nutrients digestibility both in vivo and in vitro,then including the effect of the p H value and enzyme of poultry gastrointestinal to nutrients digestibility when adding exogenous enzymes in feedstuff, which provides a theoretical basis for exploring a standard and effective method for feed enzyme evaluation in future.
