摘 要:笔者构建基于社会网络的创业学习、创业能力与创业绩效关系的理论模型,采用结构方程分析方法,对409位小微企业创业者的调查问卷进行分析。研究表明,社会网络是创业者进行创业学习的重要平台;创业者在社会网络中的创业学习方式主要包括模仿学习、交流学习和指导学习,这三种学习方式对创业能力及创业绩效均有显著正向影响;创业学习与创业绩效间并非仅是简单的线性关系,创业能力发挥了部分中介作用;创业者可以选择相匹配的创业学习方式,以提升创业能力,进而提高创业绩效。This paper builds a conceptual model of the relationship of entrepreneurial learning among the social network,entrepreneurial competence and entrepreneurial performance,uses structural equation analysis method to conduct an empirical test on the theoretical hypothesis,based on a sample of 409 entrepreneurs in small and micro enterprises. The results show that: entrepreneurs' social network is an important platform for entrepreneurial learning,entrepreneurial learning based on social network can be divided into three main ways-imitation,communication and guiding,these learning ways are significant positive affect entrepreneurial competence and entrepreneurial performance; the relationship between entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial performance is not just a simple linear relationship,entrepreneurial competence plays a mediating role in the relationship; entrepreneurs can choose the match entrepreneurial learning way to enhance their entrepreneurial competence,thereby promote the entrepreneurial performance.
