摘　　要：论文认为,实践工作是我国少数民族档案学学科构建、发展的源动力。基于这一理念,论文阐释少数民族档案学学科建设发展的实践源动力推进因素,在分析源动力推动其学科建设研究现状的基础上,探讨实践工作的发展对少数民族档案学学科建设提出的新挑战问题。The practical work is the driving force of disciplinary construction and development of Mi- nority Archives Science in our country. According to this idea, the paper exploits and discusses the practice of the promoting elements of the development in the disciplinary construction of Minority Archives Science. On the basis of analyzing the present situation of the research on the subject construction of the original power, the author discusses the new challenges of the development of the practice.
