摘　　要：本文根据CT能谱成像技术的特征,对近几年CT能谱成像技术在胰腺癌诊断、治疗方面的临床应用,包括优化成像质量、提高病灶对比度及检出率、胰腺癌鉴别诊断及疗效评估方面进行综述,为胰腺癌的临床诊断、治疗及预后提供指导。According to the characteristics of spectral imaging technology,the clinical applications of spectral CT in the diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic cancer in recent years,including optimizing the image quality,improving the contrast and detection rate of lesions,the differential diagnosis of pancreatic cancer and the curative effect evaluation of pancreatic cancer were reviewed,in order to provide a reference for the early clinical diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of pancreatic cancer.
