摘 要:在研究模糊工程网络计划关键路径的基础上,提出活动关键度和关键值的概念,利用活动关键值优化模糊工程网络计划。利用样本构造活动时间的模糊三角数,通过计算模糊网络从起点到终点所有简单路径长度的三角模糊数,将不可能是关键路径上的路径活动裁剪掉;通过引入λ截集全面的描绘出执行者在不同情况下对工程的工期和工序的信任程度,建立双线性规划构造关键路径分析表;通过对表数据的处理得到各个活动的关键度和关键值。决策人利用活动关键值可以有选择性地优化对模糊工程网络计划最敏感的活动,促使模糊工程网路计划在短时间内完成。The key degree of activity and the key value of activity concept were proposed based on the study of the critical path of the fuzzy network planning.It was practically significant to use the key value to optimize network plan.The triangular fuzzy number of the activity time was constructed from samples by calculating the network length from the beginning to the end of all the simple paths and cutting the impossible activities on the critical path.Theλcut set was introduced to fully describe the credibility of the process estimation of the decision-makers in different circumstances.The critical path analysis table was constructed by setting a dual linear programming.The key degree and the key value of each activity were obtained by table data processing.With the key value of activity,the decision-maker can selectively optimize the most sensitive activity in the project,which enables the network planning to be complemented in a short time.The test examples indicate that the proposed method is feasible.
