农林院校开展大学生领导力教育的SWOT态势分析

摘　　要：推进大学生领导力教育是我国高等教育发展领域的重要课题之一,它不但是社会变革的现实需要,而且是当代大学生发展的理性诉求,并且符合高等教育质量提升的政策导向。当前农林院校的大学生领导力教育在制度设计、实践探索和体制机制运行等方面还存在不少问题,在制定农林院校大学生领导力教育的未来发展规划时,可采取SWOT分析法以综合分析它的优势、劣势、机遇及挑战。同时,应用SWOT矩阵的构建,对深化农林院校大学生领导力教育的问题可采用S-O(拓展型)、S-T(弥补型)、W-O(改进型)以及W-T(消除型)等多种发展策略。Promoting leadership education for college students is one of the important research topics in the field of higher education development in our country. It is not only the practical need for social reform, but also the rational appeal for the development of contemporary college students in accordance with the policy orientation to improve the higher education quality. However, there are still many problems with the current leadership educatidn for students in agricultural and forestry universities in aspects like system designing, practical exploration and the operation of mechanism. In making a future development plan about the leadership education for college students in agricultural and forestry universities, it is useful to adopt the SWOT analysis method to make a comprehensive analysis of its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges. Meanwhile, with the application of SWOT matrix, the S-O （expanding type）, S-T （compensatory type）, W-O （modified type） W-T （eliminated type）, and other development strategies also can be used to promote leadership education for college students in agricultural and forestry universities.
