摘　　要：通过对北京四所财经类高校进行问卷调查,对部属高校和市属高校学科建设的推进情况、管理工作、队伍建设以及学科群建设等方面进行了比较分析,探讨了学科发展建设的政策及路径走向,并对首都财经类高校学科建设提出政策建议:首都财经类高校学科建设要淡化高校所属性质,继续推进学科群建设,调动科研工作者内在驱动力,统筹首都的高校资源与学科资源,服务首都经济社会发展,实现知识生产与人才培养相结合的发展路径。Research is based on a questionnaire survey of the four Finance and Economics universities in Beijing, Promote the condition of subject construction, management, team construction, and construction and so on, has carried on the comparative analysis between State-run Universities and Municipal colleges and Universities, discusses the policy and the path to the discipline development construction, and puts forward policy Suggestions for the capital and economics discipline construction in universities： the capital Finance and Economics nature of the discipline construction in colleges and universities to downplay the universities belong to continue to push forward construction besides, arousing the internal driving force of scientific researchers, as a whole of capital resources and course resources of colleges and universities, service the capital＇s economic and social development, realize the combination of knowledge production and talent training path.
