多层螺旋CT在食管癌放疗后并发食管瘘小瘘口诊断中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨多层螺旋CT在食管癌放疗后并发食管瘘小瘘口诊断中的应用价值。方法采集8例食管癌放疗后疑有食管瘘形成者行多层螺旋CT检查,并进行多平面重建(MPR),观察、测量瘘口。结果所有患者经后处理技术均可清晰显示瘘口位置、大小,并显示并发症。结论多层螺旋CT对食管癌放疗后并发食管瘘的诊断具有重要意义。Objective To discuss the application value of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of esophageal fistula after radiotherapy for esophageal carcinoma. Methods 8 cases of esophageal carcinoma treated with esophageal carcinoma were treated with CT examination, and multi plane reconstruction(MPR) was performed. Results All patients with postprocessing technology can clearly show the location, size, and display of complications. Conclusion Multi slice spiral CT has important significance in the diagnosis of esophageal fistula after radiotherapy for esophageal carcinoma.
