摘 要:目的探讨辅助生殖技术(ART)助孕妊娠后胚胎停育与绒毛细胞染色异常的关系。方法收集2012年11月-2014年12月在该院生殖医学中心行ART后妊娠胚胎停育的162例患者的胎儿绒毛组织,对胎儿绒毛细胞进行染色体制备和G显带并行核型分析。结果 162例胚胎停育胎儿绒毛培养成功144例,失败18例。染色体核型异常78例(53.8%),其中常染色体三体55例,单体4例,三倍体5例,四倍体5例,嵌合体4例,结构异常5例。结论胚胎染色体异常是引起ART助孕妊娠后胚胎停育的重要病因,绒毛染色体核型分析有助于查明胚胎停育的原因并为合理指导下次妊娠提供依据。Objective To investigate the relationship between embryo growth arrest and chromosomal abnormalities of chorionic villus in pregnancy after assisted reproductive technology (ART) . Methods From November 2012 to December 2014, fetal chorionie villus tissues from 162 patients with embryo growth arrest after ART were collected and cultured for karyotype analysis through chromosome preparation and G banding. Results Among 162 fetal chorionic villus specimens, 144 specimens were successfully cultured, and 18 specimens failed. A number of 78 cases had abnormal chromosome karyotypes (53.8%) , including 55 cases of autosomal trisomy, 4 cases of monomer, 5 cases of triploidy, 5 cases of tetraploidy, 4 cases of chimera, and 5 cases of structural abnormalities. Conclusion Embryonic chromosomal abnormality is an important reason for embryo growth arrest in pregnancy after ART, and fetal chorionic villus chromosome karyotype analysis can provide a basis for finding out reasons for embryo growth arrest as well as guiding next pregnancy reasonably.
