摘 要:目的:通过对大学生孤独感现状进行调查,进一步探讨大学生孤独感的影响因素。方法:采用UCLA孤独量表,亲密关系经历量表与社会支持评定量表对330名大学生进行团体施测。结果:1大二学生的孤独感高于大一、大三和大四学生;2孤独感与回避亲近和焦虑安全两因子呈显著正相关;孤独感与社会支持中的客观支持、主观支持及对支持的利用度呈显著负相关;3焦虑安全和回避亲近对孤独感有正向预测作用,客观支持、主观支持和支持的利用度对孤独感有负向预测作用;客观支持和支持的利用度对孤独感有极显著的预测作用。结论:大学生孤独感的影响因素包括自身人格、社会支持,亲密关系等因素。大学生应不断完善自我人格,学校应经常普及有关心理卫生知识,父母应努力提高修养,营造良好家庭氛围,让子女在家庭中获得归属感、安全感和幸福感。Objective: to discuss the influencing factors of college students' loneliness through investigation of the status of college students' loneliness. Method: takes UCLA loneliness scale, intimate experience scale and social support rating scale to test 330 college students. Result: ①sophomores have higher loneliness than freshmen, juniors and seniors; ② a significant positive correlation was found between loneliness and avoiding closeness and anxiety security. ③ avoiding closeness and anxiety security has positive prediction function to loneliness. Objective support, subjective support and support utilization degree have negative prediction effect to loneliness. Objective support and support utilization degree have significant prediction effect to loneliness. Conclusion: the influence factors of college students" loneliness include their own personality, social support, close relationships and other factors. College students should constantly improve the self personality, colleges should often popularize mental health knowledge, and parents should make efforts to improve self-cultivation, create a good family atmosphere, so that the students can have a sense of belonging, security and well-being.
