不同饲养方式及不同饲料类型对杏花鸡生产性能与部分肉质指标的影响

摘　　要：为了探讨不同饲养方式、不同饲料类型对杏花鸡生产性能及肉品质的影响,试验选用体重相近的21日龄杏花鸡800只,随机分为4组,1,2组分别为果园放养组、舍饲组,3,4组分别为配合饲料组、五谷杂粮组,前3组饲喂自配的配合饲料,五谷杂粮组饲喂以玉米和麦麸为主的五谷杂粮。结果表明:果园放养组杏花鸡料重比、腹脂率、胸肌和腿肌滴水损失率极显著低于舍饲组(P<0.01);果园放养组腿肌p H45 min值显著低于舍饲组(P<0.05);饲养方式对杏花鸡其他性能和肉质物理指标没有显著影响(P>0.05)。配合饲料组总增重、日增重极显著高于五谷杂粮组(P<0.01);配合饲料组料重比极显著低于五谷杂粮组(P<0.01);配合饲料组胸肌p H24 h值显著低于五谷杂粮组(P<0.05);饲料类型对杏花鸡其他指标没有显著影响(P>0.05)。说明果园散养杏花鸡可以节省饲料成本,而且从腹脂率指标来看优于地面平养;与饲喂五谷杂粮相比,饲喂配合饲料的杏花鸡增重迅速,饲料利用率高。To investigate the effects of different feeding patterns and feed types on the productive performance and meat quality of Xinghua chickens,21- day- old 800 Xinghua chickens with similar body weight were selected in the test. The chickens were randomly divided into four groups,including group 1 and group 2 as free- range group in the orchard and barn feeding group,group 3 and group 4 as formula feed group and whole grains group,respectively. The first three groups were feed self- made formula feed,and the whole grains group was feed the grain cereals based on corn and wheat bran. The results showed that the feed- to- gain ratio,abdominal fat rate,and the drip loss rates of chest muscle and leg muscle of the chickens in the free- range group were highly significantly lower( P < 0. 01) than those in the barn feeding group; and the value of p H45 minfor leg muscle in the free- range group was significantly lower than( P < 0. 05) that in the barn feeding group.Feeding patterns had no significant effects on the other performances and physical indices of meat quality of Xinghua chickens. The total weight gain and daily gain in the formula feed group were highly significantly higher( P < 0. 01) than those in the whole grains group; and the feed-to- gain ratio in the formula feed group was highly significantly lower( P < 0. 01) than that in the whole grains group; and the value of p H24 h of chest muscle in the formula feed group was significantly lower than that in the whole grains group. Feed types had no significant effects on the other performances and physical indices of meat quality of Xinghua chickens( P > 0. 05). The results indicate that raising free- range Xinghua chickens in the orchard can save the cost of feed,which is superior to a plane raising from the index of abdominal fat rate. The increase in weight of Xinghua chickens fed with formula feed is rapid,and the feed efficiency is also high,compared with feeding the whole grains.
