摘  要:风电行星齿轮箱主要由太阳轮、行星轮、行星架和内齿圈组成,由于其工作环境比较恶劣,容易产生故障。另外其各部分信号又相互叠加,增大了信号分析的难度。而风电齿轮箱运转又会随外界环境而发生变化,产生的信号具有较强的非平稳性,采用普通时频方法只能简单估测故障发生的大致位置。为了进一步确定设备故障信息,尝试将频率切片小波变换的时频分析方法应用到其故障诊断中。通过对信号的全频能量分析,选择信号故障区间进行细化分析,进而提取信号的时频特征,确定故障具体位置,取得了较好的效果,为风电行星齿轮箱的故障诊断提供了一定依据。The wind power planetary gearbox is composed of the solar wheel,the planetary wheel,the planetary gear and the inner ring gear. Because of its bad working environment,it is prone to get failure. The other parts of the signal are superimposed each other,which increases the difficulty of signal analysis. The wind power gearbox operation will change with the external environment,the signal generated has strong non stationary. Ordinary time frequency method can only be used to estimate the approximate location of the fault. In order to further determine the equipment failure information,the time-frequency analysis method based on wavelet transform of frequency slice is tried to get applied. Through the full frequency energy analysis of signal, selects signal failure interval for detailed analysis, and then extracts the time-frequency characteristics of the signal,determines the specific location of the fault,and achieves good results. It provides a basis for the fault diagnosis of wind turbine gearbox.
