创业投资促进经济转型升级的实证研究——以中国、广东、广州、深圳数据为例

摘　　要：运用因子分析、回归分析等方法对创业投资如何促进经济转型升级进行实证分析。研究结果表明:创业投资对经济转型升级有明显的促进作用;创业投资主要是通过用于人均GDP、专利申请受理数、专利申请授权数、新产品销售收入、高技术产业比重、高技术产品出口比重、单位工业废气排放产出等的促进所达到的。为全国和广东省经济转型升级提供有价值的参考意见。This paper uses the factor analysis and regression to study how venture capital promotes the transformation and upgrading of Guangdong Province. The empirical results show that venture capital has a significant role in promoting the transformation and upgrading of economy; venture investment is mainly based on average GDP, the number of patent appli- cations received, the number of patent applications authorized, new product sales, the proportion of high - tech industries, the proportion of high - tech exports, and industrial emissions unit output. It provides valuable reference for the transforma- tion and upgrading of Guangdong Province＇ s economy.
