信息链理论驱动下的高校产学研一体化发展模式优化探究

摘　　要：人才培养、科学研究以及先进理论创新是高校主要的职能,充分发挥高校在这几个职能中的效率直接关系着高校社会作用价值的体现。信息链理论是分析和构建组织协同机制的有效指导工具,通过引入组织论中的信息链理论进行研究分析,基于信息链理论的3种基本结构形式分析并构建基于线性信息链结构、网状信息链结构、集成信息链结构的高校产学研协同发展模式,通过对3种基本产学研模式从理论上对其优缺点进行对比分析,同时结合天津某高校协同创新中心产学研运作模式的实证情况,得出基于实证的集成信息链式高校产学研协同发展机制是较优化的结论,为我国高等学校进行产学研模式科研教育一体化发展提供一种参考。Personnel training, scientific research and advanced theoretical innovation are the main functions in colleges and universities. Giving full play to the efficiency of these functions has direct influence on the social value of colleges and uni- versities. Information chain theory is the effective guiding tool for analyzing and constructing organization coordination mechanism. In this paper, by using the theory of information chain theory, the paper carries out the research analysis on the three kinds of basic structures, builds the collaborative development model of university industry chain structure of line- ar information, reticular information chain structure, and information integration. The paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the three structures through comparison, makes the empirical research on the synergies operation mode of an innovation center of a university in Tianjin, and gets the conclusion that the coordinated development of the integrated information chain of industry - university - research is optimized, which provides a reference for the integration development of industry - university - research in universities and colleges in China.
