摘　　要：目的探讨急性脑出血患者血清一氧化氮（NO）、胰岛素样生长因子1（IGF-1）、巨噬细胞移动抑制因子（MIF）表达水平以及临床意义。方法选择2014年8月-2015年4月河南大学第一附属医院脑出血患者50例为研究组,另选择健康志愿者50例为对照组。检测两组研究对象血清中NO、IGF-1、MIF的表达水平,并分析其统计学差异。结果研究组患者血清NO、IGF-1水平显著低于对照组,差异均有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）;MIF水平显著高于对照组,差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）。脑出血患者不同病情程度血清NO、IGF-1、MIF比较,差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）。脑出血存活患者NO水平显著高于死亡者,IGF-1水平显著高于死亡者,MIF水平显著低于死亡者,差异均有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）。相关性分析结果显示,患者血清IGF-1的表达与MIF的表达呈显著负相关（r=-0.879,P〈0.01）。结论脑出血患者血清NO、IGF-1水平显著下降,MIF水平显著上升,并且与患者的病情以及预后相关。Objective To explore the expression levels and significance of serum NO,IGF-1,MIF in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage.Methods Fifty patients from August 2014 to April 2015 with acute intracerebral hemorrhage treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of He＇nan University were selected as study group,and 50 healthy volunteers were selected as control group.Expression of serum NO,IGF-1,MIF levels of two groups were examined.Statistical differences analysis was operated.Results Levels of serum N0,IGF-1 in study group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.01）;MIF level of study group was higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）;levels of serum N0,IGF-1 and MIF in patients with different severity showed statistically significant differences（P〈0.01）.NO and IGF-1 levels of survival patients were higher than dead patients,and MIF level was lower than dead patients,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.01）.Correlation analysis showed that,the levels of serum IGF-1 was significantly negative correlated with MIF（r=-0.879,P〈0.01）.Conclusion The levels of serum N0,IGF-1 are significantly reduced in patients with acute intracerebral hemorrhage,and MIF increased apparently,which are related with the patients＇ condition and prognosis.
