摘　　要：目的探讨责任制护理干预对化脓性脑膜炎患者预后及心理状态的影响。方法将海军总医院（以下简称＂我院＂）2013年2月-2014年2月收治的60例接受常规护理干预的化脓性脑膜炎患者设为对照组,将我院2014年4月-2015年4月收治的60例接受责任制护理干预的化脓性脑膜炎患者设为研究组,比较两组护理预后效果及护理前后心理状态变化。结果研究组总有效率为98.33%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组护理后焦虑自评量表（SAS）及抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分均低于护理前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;研究组护理后SAS及SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论责任制护理干预能显著改善化脓性脑膜炎患者的预后效果及心理状态,且有助于患者抑郁、焦虑情绪的排解,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the effect of responsibility system nursing intervention on the prognosis and psychological status of patients with purulent meningitis.Methods 60 cases of purulent meningitis admitted in General Navy Hospital（ ＂our hospital＂ for short） from February 2013 to February 2014 and received conventional nursing intervention were set as control group,60 patients with purulent meningitis admitted in our hospital from April 2014 to April 2015 and received responsibility system nursing intervention were set as study group.Nursing outcome and mental state change before and after nursing between two groups were compared.Results Total efficiency rate of study group was 98.33%,significant higher than that of control group（80.00%）,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.After nursing,SAS and SDS scores in two groups were lower than those before nursing,with statistical differences（P〈0.05）.After nursing,SAS and SDS scores in study group were lower than those in control group,with statistical differences（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Responsibility system nursing intervention can significantly improve the prognosis and mental state of purulent meningitis patients,which also helps patients relieve depression and anxiety,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
