摘　　要：安徽省自2010年开始,已连续6年开展农村订单定向医学生免费培养工作项目,旨在为基层医疗卫生机构培养从事全科医疗的卫生人才。在培养过程中定向生群体存在服务基层意愿不高的现象。但从2015年7月首届定向生毕业履约情况来看,这一现象并未产生太多影响。运用理性选择理论对这一矛盾进行了解读,对服务期满后定向生的去留作出预测,并据此提出留住定向生的建议。Anhui Province has been launching the ＂Medical Undergraduates Pre-contracted to Rural Areas Training-For-Free Plan＂ for six years since 2010. But those students may not be very interested in working in rural areas after their graduation, which has little influence on their performance of the contracts between the government and them. Why？ The explanation can be given based on the theory of rational choice. What＇s more, a forecast on whether those graduates would stay in rural areas after their terms of service, and some suggestions on how to make them stay there will be given too.
