摘　　要：恶性肿瘤已严重危害人类的健康,其死亡率已超过传染性疾病和心血管疾病,无论是发达国家还是发展中国家都在加强肿瘤的防治研究,使得肿瘤学的发展突飞猛进,但临床肿瘤学教育相对滞后,使很多的新理念和新技术难以在临床实践中应用,严重阻碍了临床科研和实践教学的发展,为了适应新时期肿瘤学临床实践教学的特点,从肿瘤学临床实践教学的思路、方法及教学方法的应用等方面进行了研究,并提出了进一步的假想,以期提高肿瘤学临床实践教学质量。At present, cultivation of students＇ clinical ability is comparatively lagging behind in content and method, which made many new theory and technology difficult to be applied. To solve the problems occurring in oncological clinical teaching, we made a detailed investigation on the idea, mode as well as the application of specific methods for oncological clinical teaching. Then we raised a further thought in order to improve the ability and quality of oncological clinical teaching.
