摘  要:随着医学模式的转变,在医学教育中越来越重视医学生人文精神的培养。临床实践阶段,医学生人文精神培育有无形性、潜在性、稳定性及实践性等特点。此阶段医学人文教育的重要内容有人本理念教育、医师职业道德教育、交流协作教育等。我们应重视临床医学实习生人文精神的培养,重点从加强医院文化建设、发挥临床教师的身教作用及加强医学生的医患沟通训练这几个方面来进行。With the transformation of medical model, humanistic spirit of medical students has been given an increasing attention to the cultivation in medical education. During the whole clinical practice stage, the cultivation of the humanistic spirit has some characteristics, such as intangibility, potentiality, stability and practicality. The important contents of medical humanities education at this stage include the concept oi education, moral education, physician occupation education exchanges and cooperation. We should pay more attention to the cultivation of humanistic spirit of medical interns through strengthening the construction of hospital culture, clinical teachers' teaching effect and communication training of doctor-patient.
