程式化社会技能训练模式在精神分裂症患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨程式化社会技能训练模式在精神分裂症患者中的应用效果。方法选取2012年1月~2013年6月在本院就诊的73例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,随机分为研究组（41例）和对照组（32例）。对照组给予常规抗精神病药物维持治疗。研究组在对照组的基础上进行程式化社会技能训练,比较两组的效果。结果研究组的ITAQ评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。研究组的服药态度显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。研究组的病情稳定率为68.3%,显著高于对照组的40.6%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。研究组的复发率为17.1%,显著低于对照组的43.8%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。研究组的PANSS总评分、阳性与阴性症状评分、SDSS评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。结论程式化社会技能训练模式在精神分裂症患者中的应用效果显著,能够恢复患者自知力,提高维持治疗依从性,降低疾病复发率,改善社会功能。Objective To explore the application effect of stylized social skills training mode in patients with schizophrenia. Methods 73 cases with schizophrenia from January 2012 to June 2013 in our center were selected and randomly divided into the research group（41 cases） and the control group（32 cases）.The control group was treated with conventional antipsychotic drugs,the research group was treated with stylized social skills training mode on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect in two groups was compared. Results The score of ITAQ in the research group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.01）.The attitude towards medicine of the research group was better than that in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The stable rate of disease in the research group was 68.0%,which was higher than 40.6% in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The recurrence rate in the research group was 17.1%,which was lower than 43.8% in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.01）.The PANSS total score,positive and negative symptom score and SDSS score in the study group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Conclusion The application effect of stylized social skills training mode in patients with schizophrenia is obvious,which can restore patient′ s insight,increase treatment compliance,reduce disease recurrence,and improve social function.
