鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔造孔术治疗慢性泪囊炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔造孔术治疗慢性泪囊炎疗效。方法选取2013年6月至2014年6月在我院治疗慢性泪囊炎的45例患者,所有患者予以鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔造控术治疗,观察其治疗效果。结果 45例患者中有34例患者为显效,占总比例的76%,有10为患者有效,占总比例的22%,有1例患者无效,占总比例的2%,总有效率为97.8%。结论内镜下泪囊鼻腔造孔术治疗慢性泪囊炎,治疗效果显著,可以在临床中广泛的推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of endoscopic sinus surgery for chronic lacrimal sac. Methods From June 2013 to June 2014 in our hospital treatment of 45 cases of chronic patients with chronic inflammation, all patients were treated by endoscopic sinus surgery, the treatment effect was observed. Results 45 patients, 34 patients were cured, the total proportion of 76%, 10 patients effective, the total proportion of 22%, 1 patient invalid, the total proportion of 2%, the total effective rate of 97.8%. Conclusion Endoscopic treatment of chronic lacrimal sac with the treatment of chronic inflammation of the lacrimal sac, the treatment effect is remarkable, and it can be widely used in clinic.
