终身教育背景下农村成人教育发展问题初探

摘　　要："终身教育理论"是推动世界各国教育改革的重要指导原则,其对世界各国的教育体系产生了重大影响。成人教育作为终身教育的一部分,其承担着巩固国民素质及为社会发展提供人才的责任;而伴随着经济的发展,农村地区需要更多优秀人才来提升农村发展速度,这就使得农村成人教育与城市成人教育享有同等重要的位置,因而完善农村成人教育是必然趋势。The lifelong education theory is an important guiding principle of conducting educational reform in the world,which has a great influence on the worldwide educational system. As a part of lifelong education,adult education is responsible for consolidating the national quality and providing talents for social development. Along with the development of economy,the rural areas need more talented people to accelerate its development,which earns the adult education in rural area an equal position as same as that in urban. As a result,optimizing the rural adult education becomes an inevitable trend.
