摘 要:针对整车控制中需要对驾驶员制动意图进行识别和判断的现状,文章以制动踏板为研究对象,对能反映制动意图的参数进行选择。通过几何推导实现传感器布置的解析,得出传感器拨叉旋转角度β与踏板行程x的传递函数。利用研究成果,基于某车型的踏板位置传感器布置得出踏板计算开度与踏板实际开度的关系曲线,为后续传感器布置的优化奠定了基础。According to the fact that more and more information such as driver's braking inten- tion is needed in the process of the vehicle controls, the paper focuses on the brake pedal and studies on the selection of the parameters reflecting the braking intention and the methods of parameter identification. In this paper, the transfer function between the rotation angle for the sensor fork and the pedal travel is obtained by the means of the geometrical analysis of the sensor layout. Lastly, a characteristic curve of the brake pedal calculated opening and the actual opening in a car is received based on the method and the degree of nonlinearity is checked which will lay the foundation for the future optimization of the sensor layout.
