摘 要:基于技术接受模型和网络外部性理论,以高校学生为研究对象,建立了用户接受图书馆移动服务的影响因素模型。运用问卷调查方法,通过SPSS17.0和AMOS软件对提出的模型加以验证,得出感知的有用性、感知的易用性、感知的价值、网络外部性和感知的乐趣与使用行为之间为正相关,感知的成本与使用行为之间为负相关,感知的易用性正向影响感知的有用性,网络外部性对感知的有用性和感知的易用性有正向影响作用。On the basis of technology acceptance model(TAM) and network externality theory, this paper aimed to con-struct a conceptual model of factors affecting the user acceptance of mobile library, which empirically supported by cases ofcollege students as the research object. Controlled by the questionnaire to collect the relevant data, it verified the model pro-posed by SPSS 17.0 and AMOS 17.0. It is concluded that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived value, net-work externality and perceived interesting positive affect action use, while perceived cost and all using is negative correla-tion. Perceived ease of use has a positive effect on perceived usefulness and network externality on the perceived usefulnessand perceived ease of use has positive influence on action use.
