聚维酮碘联合湿润烧伤膏对血液科老年患者肛周感染的预防效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨聚维酮碘擦拭联合湿润烧伤膏对血液科老年患者肛周感染的防治效果,为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法选取2012年1月-2015年6月血液科肛周感染老年患者982例,随机选取其中490例患者作为研究组,采用聚维酮碘擦拭联合湿润烧伤膏进行治疗,将其余的492例患者作为对照组,采用单独的聚维酮碘擦拭治疗,整理研究结果并对其进行统计分析比较;采用SPSS13.0软件对数据进行统计分析。结果患者依从性研究组患者明显高于对照组患者,15d后患者依从性观察组也明显高于对照组;患者感染率研究组为3.7%,明显低于对照组的9.9%,且重度感染率(0.4%)明显低于对照组患者(1.8%);研究组患者SAS、SDS以及CPSS评分差值明显高于对照组患者,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论聚维酮碘擦拭联合湿润烧伤膏对血液科老年患者肛周感染有明显的防治作用,且作用明显,值得在临床推广普及。OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of povidone iodine combined with moist exposed burn ointment on prevention of perianal infections in elderly patients of hematology department so as to provide guidance for clinical treatment.METHODS A total of 982 elderly patients with perianal infections who were treated in the department of hematology from Jan 2012 to Jun 2015 were enrolled in the study and randomly divided into the study group with490 cases and the control group with 492 cases.The study group was treated with povidone iodine combined with moist exposed burn ointment,while the control group was given single povidone iodine.The study results were collected and statistically analyzed,and the statistical analysis of data was performed with the use of SPSS13.0software.RESULTS The compliance of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group;the compliance of the observation group was also significantly higher than that of the control group after the treatment for 15 days.The infection rate of the observation group was 3.7%,significantly lower than 9.9% of the control group;the incidence of severe infections was 0.4%in the observation group,significantly lower than1.8%in the control group.The SAS,SDS,and CPSS of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSIONThe povidone iodine combined with moist exposed burn ointment shows significant effect on prevention of the perianal infections in the elderly patients of the department of hematology,and it is worthy to be promoted in the hospital.
