摘 要:以蛹虫草子实体为原料,用超声波辅助法提取虫草素,以料液比、提取温度、提取时间和超声波功率为试验因素,通过对比及正交试验,优化蛹虫草菌素提取工艺条件。结果表明,超声波辅助提取蛹虫草菌素的最佳工艺条件为:料液比1:50,提取温度80℃,超声波功率11 0 W,提取时间60 min。在此工艺条件下,提取虫草素的含量为8.568 mg/g。In this experiment, the cordycepin was extracted from Cordyceps sporocarp with ultrasonic assistant method. Taking the dosage liquor ratio, extraction temperature, extraction time and ultrasonic power as test factors, the extraction process conditions of cordycepin was optimized through comparison and orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the best process conditions of ultrasonic assisted extraction of cordycepin were dosage liquor ratio of 1:50, extraction temperature of 80℃ , ultrasonic power of 110 W, extraction time of 60 min. Under this condition of the process, extracted cordycepin content was 8.568 mg/g.
