翼状胬肉切除术后应用绷带式角膜接触镜的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨绷带式角膜接触镜（bandage contact lens，BCL）在翼状胬肉切除联合带自体角膜缘干细胞结膜瓣移植术后应用的辅助治疗作用。方法临床病例对照研究。对2012年3月至2014年5月在中山市南朗医院眼科将接受翼状胬肉切除联合带自体角膜缘干细胞结膜瓣移植术的患者102例102只眼分成两组，A组（对照组）45例45只眼术后不配戴BCL；B组（观察组）57例57眼术后立即配戴BCL。术后观察眼部疼痛程度及刺激症状、角膜上皮愈合情况，最终愈合通过荧光素染色确认。结果A组眼部疼痛程度、刺激症状及角膜上皮愈合在不同时间点评分均高于B组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论翼状胬肉切除联合带自体角膜缘干细胞结膜瓣移植术后配戴BCL，可以减轻术后疼痛及眼部刺激症状，促进角膜上皮愈合，降低复发率。Objective To investigate the effects of bandage contact lens in the treatment of pterygium excision combined with limbal stem cell transplantation conjunctival flap on patients suffered pterygium. Methods One hundred and two patients with primary unilateral pterygium were randomly divided into group A （45 cases without bandage contact lens） and group B （57 cases with bandage contact lens）. The ocular pain and irritation symptoms, the corneal epithelial healing days were observed after surgery. Results The degree＇of ocular pain, irritation symptoms and corneal epithelial healing days in group A were higher than those in group B significantly （P 〈0.01）. Conclusions Pterygium excision, combined With autologous corneal limbal stem cell transplantation of conjunctival flap after BCL, can reduce the ache, the symptoms of eye irritation, while promote corneal epithelial healing, reduce the recurrence rate.
