摘  要:茶作是茶业的脉根和基石。夯实茶作基础,当前要重点抓好;茶树良种化要有数量高度,更要有质量深度;驱动茶作机械换人新引擎,实现效益茶业新跨越;推进茶园清洁化生产,保障茶叶质量安全。foundation of Tea growing is the cornerstone of tea industry, and so it is the most important to lay the tea plant cultivation. Extension of improved tea cuhivars should meet the needs both quantity and quality. It is necessary to start a new engine for replacing human by machine to achieve a new leap in economic efficiency in tea industry. Cleaner tea production should be promoted to ensure the quality and safety of tea products.
