高校联盟与地方应用型高校建设内在关系分析

摘　　要：应用型高校的产生及发展源于经济社会发展需要,它追求的是教育与经济社会相适应、人才培养与生产劳动相结合、科研开发与利用的一体化。组建校政、校企、校校、校所等"五位一体"高校战略联盟是应用型高校健康发展的根本保障,也是应用型人才培养的内在必然要求。联盟是应用型高校与社会有机对接、互动共生、共建共荣的耦合场,要实现校社共建、共生、共荣、共赢的联盟目的,必须妥善解决好联盟建立的动机、机制和文化等问题。The appearance and development of applied universities originate from the need of economic and social development,which depends on the adaptation to education and economic society,the harmonious between talent cultivation and productive labor,and the integration of scientific research and utilization. The construction of the strategic alliance of colleges and uniersities consists of five important elements：the inner connection between the universitry and government, the university and enterprise,the university alliance,the university and scientific institute,which is the foundation of the successful construction of applied universities and also the inevitable requirement to applied talents cultivation. Therefore,to find the solution to the motivation,system,and culture is the solid foundation to build strategic alliance between society and universities,which can be helpful to achieve inner connection of co-construction,co-existing,co-development,win-win purpose to social and university alliance.
