大同市农村中小学兼职体育教师现状的研究

摘　　要：义务教育阶段体育课时的增加,导致了小学体育师资结构性缺编,从而大量的兼职体育教师走入了体育课堂。文章以大同市农村中小学兼职体育教师现状为出发点,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法进行研究。结果显示:兼职体育教师兼职年份较短,兼职不稳定,对体育专业知识和专业技能掌握程度较差,教学效果很不理想。针对上述问题,一方面应该对中小学兼职体育教师积极调整师资结构和加强培训力度;另一方面增加中小学专职体育教师的数量。Due to a sharp decline in students＇ physical fitness, and the increase of the gym classes in compulsory education, theschools are quite seriously structural vacancies and relatively lack of physical teachers. In order to meet the need of the students＇ physi-cal health standards, a large number of part-time PE teachers come into the PE classes, while part-time PE teachers haven＇t beengreatly valued by the schools and the society. This paper mainly talks about the situation of part-time PE teachers in Datong, with themethods of literature data, research questionnaires, interviews and mathematical statistics to study. It turns out that part-time PE teach-ers＇ working hours are shorter and unstable, and they haven＇t well mastered the basic professional knowledge and skills. Teaching effec-tiveness are always not so good. In view of the above problems, we should actively adjust the structure of part- time PE teachers,strengthen the training for these teachers and increase the number of full-time PE teachers both in primary and secondary school.
