前牙深覆盖患者覆覆盖的减小对唇部软组织形态的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨成人深覆、深覆盖患者减数治疗前后前牙覆、覆盖的减小所引起的唇部软组织改变。方法:选取30例拔除双侧上下第一双尖牙的成年深覆、深覆盖患者,减数四个第一双尖牙,采用MBT直丝弓矫治技术,矫治前后均拍摄头颅定位侧位片并进行头影测量,评价治疗前后软硬组织变化的情况。结果:矫治后,患者上下前牙突度、唇倾度、覆、覆盖显著减小;双唇突度减小,厚度增加;开唇露齿明显改善,鼻唇角增大。结论:对于成人深覆、深覆盖患者,通过内收前牙并减小其唇倾度和前牙覆、覆盖,可使上下唇突点显著后移,上下唇厚度显著增加,改善侧貌突度的同时,获得较为协调、自然的侧貌曲线。Objective： To investigate the morphological changes of lips induced by the decrease of overjet and overbite in patients with Angle Class II Division I malocclusion. Methods： 30 patients with Angle Class II Division I malocclusion were selected. All patients were treated with MBT edgewise appliances and 4 first premolars extraction. Cephalometrics before and after treatment were performed. Cephalometrics measurements were compared by paired t-test. Results： After the orthodontic treatment, the protrusions, gradients, overjets, and overbites of upper and lower incisors were decreased significantly. The protrusions of upper and lower lips were reduced. The thickness of the lips and the nasolabial angle were increased. Conclusion： As the results of the reduced protrusion, gradient, overjet, and overbite of upper and lower incisors, the retrusion of upper and lower lips and the increase of the thickness of upper and lower lips could set up a coordinated facial profile for patients with Angle Class II Division I malocclusion.
