摘 要:根据某厂热连轧轧后层流冷却设备以及改造后超快速冷却设备的布置特点,利用有限元差分法模拟了一个典型钢种分别经过2种不同冷却模式后的温度场分布情况,并与实际测量值进行了对比。模拟结果表明,所建立的模型计算得到的终冷温度与实际温度相差在±20℃以内,较准确地反映了在不同冷却模式下带钢的温度变化规律,为分析带钢内部温度变化提供了依据。According to the layout characteristics of after-rolling laminar cooling equipment and ultra fast cooling equipment which was revamped in a factory,the finite difference method was used to simulate the distributions of strip temperature fields under two different cooling modes for a typical steel grade.The results were compared with the actual measured values.The simulation results showed that the final cooling temperatures calculated by established models were within a accuracy of ±20 ℃compared with the measured values.The models were better to reflect the temperature change rule in the steel strip under different cooling modes,and paved the way for analysis of strip internal temperature change.
