摘　　要：加拿大的家庭医生制度已经存在30多年,为满足患者的健康服务需求,其建立了许多有益的项目和机构,经验较为丰富。本文主要介绍其中意义较为重大的6个项目,分别为家庭照顾项目、"良好"机构项目、家-医院项目、家庭护士服务项目、分享照顾项目、医院之家团队项目,希望这些项目能为我国全科医学的发展提供参考。Canadian family medicine system has run for more than 30 years and has created plenty of programs and institutions to deal with the health service needs of the public. The paper mainly introduced 6 major programs of great importance in Canada including home care grogram,wellness institute program,home-hospital program,home nurse service program,share care program,home-hospital team program. The programs in Canada provide experience for the development of general practice in China.
