摘　　要：临床上约10.0%的急性髓细胞性白血病患者会出现皮肤浸润的髓外表现。以皮肤表现为首发症状就诊,在基层医疗机构或无血液科的医院比较容易误诊,但按皮肤病治疗无效、白血病临床症状明显后,患者往往已处于晚期,预后较差。本文报道了1例以皮肤表现为首发症状的急性单核细胞性白血病患者的临床诊治经过,并结合文献复习,以期提高临床医生对该类疾病的认识。About 10. 0% of patients with acute monocytic leukemia had skin infiltration. Patients usually visit doctors for skin manifestation, which may lead to misdiagnosis in primary care medical settings or hospitals without hematology department. After the useless treatment for skin diseases and the clinical symptoms of leukemia appear,the patients are usually at a late stage and have poor prognosis. The article reported the process of diagnosis and treatment of a case of acute monocytic leukemia with skin manifestations as the primary symptoms,and literature review was also made,in order to improve doctors＇understanding about the disease.
