摘  要:利用自主研发的可动态观察和取样的双螺杆挤出机,用二硫代四甲基秋兰姆(TMTD)作为脱硫剂,对废旧橡胶的脱硫过程进行了研究,发现在力化学作用下可对其实现有效脱硫。在脱硫过程中,其凝胶含量和交联密度都是先减小后趋于不变,硫含量变化较小,相对分子质量呈现先增大后减小的变化。经螺杆第1段后,这些值变化较小,说明主要发生TMTD引发反应。出料段交联密度的上升,说明在该阶段发生了硫化返原,而硫含量的上升和相对分子质量分布的突然变宽,说明在该阶段还发生了主链降解和TMTD链终止反应。脱硫过程中力化学作用使得胶粉变成未脱硫、部分脱硫和完全脱硫的混合胶料。根据脱硫过程及拉曼光谱分析推测了力化学脱硫的可能机理。The devulcanization process of waste rubber was studied with tetra methyl thiuram disulfide( TMTD) as devulcanization agent by twin-screw extruder which can be dynamically observed and sampled. It is found to be effective devulcanization in the mechanochemical effect. In the devulcanization process,the gel content and crosslink density are decreased at first and remain unchanged in the end. The sulfur content is changed little. The molecular weight is increased at first and then decreased. After the first section of screw,they show small change,mainly TMTD initiates the reaction. At discharging port,the rise of crosslink density shows the reversion reaction. The increased sulfur content and suddenly widened molecular weight also can indicate that degradation of the main chain and termination reaction of the TMTD chain occur at this stage. The mechanochemical devulcanization makes the power become mixed batch which consist of undevulcanization,partial devulcanization and complete devulcanization. According to the analysis of devulcanization process and the Raman spectra of sol,the plausible reaction mechanism of devulcanization was speculated.
