摘  要:为了确定马铃薯块茎蛾的非寄主植物——滇杨的萎蔫叶片挥发物中驱避其产卵的活性成分,在室内利用溶剂提取法对滇杨萎蔫叶片挥发物进行了收集,并利用气相色谱-质谱联用法对其挥发性成分进行了分离和鉴定。结果显示:从萎蔫的滇杨叶片挥发物中分离得到22种挥发性组分,鉴定出化学结构的有21种。含量最高的为丁香酚,相对含量为38.49%;其次为苯甲酸,相对含量为16.37%;再次为β-桉叶油醇、α-桉叶油醇、苯甲醇、苯乙醇和2,6-壬二烯-1-醇,相对含量分别为7.73%、5.22%、4.32%、4.14%和4.14%,其它为含量较少的萜类、酸类、醇类和醛类等化合物。In order to identify the oviposition repellent volatiles from the wilted leaves of Populus yun- nanensis to Phthorimaea opereulella (Zeller) ,the volatiles from wilted leaves of Populus yunnanensis were col- lected by extraction method and identified by gas chromatography- mass spectrometry method in lab. The re- sults showed that 22 kinds of volatiles were isolated from the wilted leaves, and 21 kinds were identified in chemical structure. The content of eugenol was the highest with the relative content as 38.49%. Benzoic acid took the second place with the relave content as 16.37%, and was followed by β - eudesmol, α- eudesmol, benzyl alcohol, phenylethyl alcohol and 2,6 - nonadien - 1 - ol with the relative contents as 7.73%, 5.22%, 4.32% , 4.14% and 4.14% respectively. The other components with lower relative contents were terpenes, acids, alcohols and aldehydes.
